COMLEX Level 1
COMLEX Level 1 is a problem and symptom based exam that integrates foundational biomedical sciences with other areas of medical knowledge relevant to solving clinical problems. Competency assessment occurs in the context of clinical and patient presentations and system based practices as required for entry into the practice of general osteopathic medicine. The exam consists of two computer based testing session, each for four hours. It contains 352 questions related to diverse clinical and patient presentations and seven defined competency domains for osteopathic medical practice.
